Everyone who already has a confirmed booking for our Annual Training Conference on 27 and 28th January 2024 will be allocated a bedroom in the conference hotel at The Crowne Plaza Liverpool. Due to popular demand any bookings made after the 1st December 2024, will include bed and breakfast accommodation for the night of Monday 27th January 2025 at the neighbouring Malmaison Hotel, Liverpool https://www.malmaison.com/locations/liverpool/.

This hotel is immediately next door to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Conference registration still includes the two-day conference programme, Monday night accommodation with breakfast, conference Gala dinner, and refreshments throughout both days. Parking is NOT included. 

As some members were unable to book their delegate place over the weekend, the UK-AFI board has chosen to extend the members rate ‘early bird’ offer until the 20th December 2024.

If you wish to book additional accommodation for the nights of Sunday 26th January or Tuesday 28th January, this can be done directly with the hotel, but if you do not wish to change hotels, please ensure you know which hotel you have been allocated and book accordingly. If you are unsure which hotel you have been allocated, please contact us at [email protected].

Terms & Conditions

Conference booking can be ordered and paid for with Debit or Credit Card via UK-AFI website. UK-AFI members need to log in to the member's area of the UK-AFI website to secure the member's rate. Members from our Partner Chapters should contact [email protected] to request a PayNow invoice. Corporate booking for individual or multiple delegate spaces can request an invoice from [email protected]. All corporate booking requests for invoices need to be submitted before 1st November 2024, thereafter payment will be via PayNow.
