Swan have identified a possible fault with the fuse in a small number of their Toasters and Sandwich Makers listed below.
If you possess a Toaster or sandwich Maker with the Model Numbers W92, W93, T90 or BK1 located on the base, you should inspect the fuse. If it is marked with:
PMS 13A 'Kitemark' BS1362
it should be immediately replaced with a 13 ampere fuse approved to BS1362.
If you require a replacement 13 ampere rated fuse then this can be obtained by telephoning 0121 380 0600/1 and we will forward a replacement fuse.
