Tests have identified a risk of fire within the Xpelair Premier range of condensation or centrifugal fans. This will require a replacement unit being fitted at no charge. If you use an Xpelair Premier condensation or centrifugal fan, with an Xpelair Premier logo in green on the fascia, please take the following action.
1. Switch off the fan. (Some of the installations have a switch next to the fan.)
2. If accessible remove the front panel which easily unclips to reveal a catalogue number. I f you are unable to easily access the fan please continue to follow these instructions.
3. Ring the freephone number 0800 328 7097 to arrange a free of charge replacement to be installed.
4. Please have ready details of an address where the product is installed, the catalogue number (if possible) and a suitable time for the replacement to be carried out.
