Vortice Nordik 20 (7”) Oscillating Desk fan
An electrical defect which has been found to affect certain older Nordik Model 20 (7”) Oscillating desk fans can cause excessive overheating and, in some instances, a fire.
The dates or date codes involved are:
01/88 – 06/90,
G9 A, H9 A,
I9 A, J9 A,
A9B & B9B,
AB9B & AC9B.
The dates or codes are shown on a label under the base of the fan.
If you have a Vortice Nordik 20 (7”) desk fan with a manufacturing date or date code within the above, please stop using the fan immediately and contact: Vortice customer service – 01734 404211 – between 8.30am - 5.00pm – Monday to Friday. A full refund or replacement fan will be given. Product is to be returned to:
