Kenwood jug cordless kettle
There is a very small possibility that the base unit of the JK800 kettle jug may have been crosswired. Product affected: from serial number 0006494 to 0019179 - Kenwood JK800 Cordless kettle jug.
No other kettles are affected.
What you should do:
1. If you have bought a JK800 and have not used it yet, do not use it. Check the serial number plate on the underside of the base unit to see if it is after 0006494 to 0019179. Telephone or write to the number and address given for advice and instructions.
2. If you are using a JK800 kettle jug and it is working satisfactorily there is no hazard and you may continue to use the kettle jug. If you have any queries you may telephone the number below.
