IMPORTANT SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT
HEPWORTH HIGH EFFICIENCY CENTRAL HEATING BOILERS

Saunier Duval Ecosy 28E and SB28E
Manufactured between February 1998 and July 1999
Hepworth Heating has detected a problem which can occur with one type of its central heating boilers. It concerns a possible defect in the heat exchanger, which can lead to overheating and premature failure.
As a precaution we urgently request you do the following:
Step 1. Check to see if you are in possession of the boiler type listed above.
Step 2. Measure the height of your boiler (see diagrams below).
Step 3. If the boiler is 985mm (38.8in.) high, call our free information line, 0800 9157722, as soon as possible between 8am and 10pm, even during the weekend. Only boilers of this particular size are affected.
Step 4. If it is established your boiler has this problem, Hepworth will carry out the necessary repairs free of charge.
