Hotpoint Limited has issued a public notice concerning Hotpoint gas hob unit Model 6450. There have been a few incidents involving failure of the glass lid fitted to this appliance, despite the exacting standards imposed.
Identified owners have been contacted and a replacement lid fitted, free of charge. But if anyone has a Gas Hob Model 6450 and has not been contacted, please ring the local Hotpoint Service Office, using the number in the telephone directory. Alternatively call Freephone: 0800 0928100
