4-way multiple extension sockets

Reuters has discovered that some 4-way multiple extension sockets supplied to Reuters between March 1994 and February 1997 may have been fitted with an incorrect flex which may cause overheating.

4-way multiple extension sockets which fall within the recall can be defined as follows:

The name Selmar is written on the front right-side of the extension sockets.

There is a date label on the base of the extension socket.

0.75mm is etched longitudinally on the outer cover of the flex.

Customers discovering a 4-way multiple extension socket which have identifying marks specified above, are asked to contact Reuters special helpline on 0800 731 2006 between 9am and 5pm to arrange for a replacement unit.
