Following continuous quality assurance analysis Russell Hobbs Tower Ltd has detected that a component used in the manufacture of some its plastic jug kettles may not operate correctly. There is a remote possibility that this fault could lead to overheating which may result in an electrical fire in the kettle.
As a major manufacturer who takes pride in quality, reliability and safety we would like to inspect your kettle and carry out any remedial work found to be necessary.
If you have purchased one of the jug kettles illustrated below after the 1st of February 1986 please take it to your local Russell Hobbs Tower Service Dealer below. Please check your model number carefully. You will find the number printed on the bottom of your kettle.
Your local service dealer will inspect your kettle quickly and make any neccessary modification without delay. Please do not return your kettle to your retailer as he will be unable to make a full inspection.
